The goods must be returned not used, not worn nor damaged in their original box and packaging. The box must be adequately protected and must not show any damage or stickers. As soon as we receive the package back we will check the integrity of the package and the goods and we will carry out the replacement or refund according to your request.
Replacement or Refund
For any returned products it is possible to request a refund or replacement for any reason. Replacement: Within 24 hours of receiving your package, we will ship the new model back / size requested at the same address as the original order at no additional cost. Refund: We will refund your payment in full using the same means used for the purchase within3 working days .

Error or Defects
If due to our mistake you have received a product other than the one ordered or a defectiveproduct, please send photographic proof of the dispute within 5 days to the following address: email@example.com.
Indicate the following information : name and surname, order number, problem encountered and attach photos proving the problem described. In case of confirmation by our craftsman of his error in packing the order or in the realization of the product we will send a courier to collect the defective product at our expense and we will send the correct item as soon as possible time (usually 24h).
