Shopping Basics

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract for any reason. The goods must be returned within 14 days from delivery, at his own expenses, and must be unworn, not damaged or ruined in the original packaging box. The box must be properly protected and must not be damaged or stickers. For more information about the return policy, changes and refunds, please view the section Return Policy.

The orders will be sent through Poste Italiane within 72 hours upon receipt of payment excluding holidays and pre-holidays.

Payments

Our clients can pay with credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), with “Paypal” and “Stripe” secure systems or with prepaid card (for example “Postepay”).

To get an invoice of the order, you’ll need to contact our customer service before the order is sent and you’ll have to fill the tax code field within your own personal data. The invoice will be headed to the associated address of the payment method and it won’t be possible to send the invoice to a different person or a different address.

Shipping & Returns

The shipping is free in Italy for packaging weighing less than 5kg and it costs 10€ for the ones weighing more than 5kg. For more information about costs and shipments in Europe and the world, you can visit the page www.cantoricci.com at the section Terms and Conditions – 4. Shipments.

As soon as we receive the package back, we will check the integrity of the package and of the goods and we will proceed with the refund through the same payment method used for  the purchase within 3 business days. For more information please view the section Return Policy.

The customer must send back the goods within 14 days from delivery by following these instructions:

  • the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety;
  • the purchased products must be intact and returned in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including the packaging and all the documentation, etc);
  • never apply labels or adhesive tapes direclty on the product’s original package;
  • the shipment, until receipt is confirmed in our warehouse, is completely under customer’s responsability.
